The field trips are hikes into very remote and pristine areas and require good boots,
variety of weather condition clothing, back packs. The level of the hike will be
determined by the group for that day.
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICIES: We require the first night paid for each
room or package reserved. When you purchase a package, the entire package is paid
for at the time of the reservation. 2 weeks cancellation notice for reservations made
30 days out. Full payment for reservations made within 2 weeks. Holidays also require
2 weeks cancellation notice regardless when reservation is made. Otherwise 48 hours.
You will receive a full refund on the food portion of a package if the room reservation
is cancelled for any reason.
